The first time I made this, I made it for my boyfriend and myself to play "wing roulette", which is something I had ordered at Nando's in London last May. While those wings were delicious, and I highly recommend Nando's or their sauce (both in the US as well), the spiciest sauce really wasn't that spicy for me. If you all follow me, you know I LOVE my Samyang spicy noodles, which has made my tolerance for spice much higher. So I wanted to make my own sauce from scratch with really spicy peppers. I also made a mild sauce that looked exactly the same so it was impossible even for me to tell which was insane and which was mild. My initial inspiration to make wing sauce at all was a variety pack of mild to hot peppers Trader Joe's was selling. I wasn't sure when I bought them HOW I was going to make the sauce, but I was able to take a few different recipes and figure out what I wanted to do. And I must say, even with the spice, the wings turned out delicious and I would make this again. My boyfriend even said they were the best wings he's ever had. Of course feel free to use whatever peppers you want for this recipe. I hope you all enjoy this recipe! Ingredients:

I love mac and cheese. But that delicious box of Kraft is not exactly the healthiest thing in the world, so when I get the craving for it, I like to play around with the traditional homemade recipe to make it healthy AND yummy.
So here's another one of my takes on the scrumptious dish. Ingredients:

I don't know about you, but mac and cheese is one of my favorite dishes of all time. My go-to super easy meal is Kraft, and occasionally, I'll make homemade mac and cheese. However, it's not exactly the healthiest meal in the world. I keep seeing these recipes for butternut squash mac and cheese, so I thought to myself, I have to make this. Let me tell you, this was AMAZING!!! Super healthy, but most importantly, so delicious. I really hope that you all enjoy!

I was perusing Instagram for some ideas today, and I saw this amazing looking healthier chocolate cake, and since I was hungry, I really wanted to try it! But I'm also not patient, so pancakes was the simple solution!
This recipe makes about 4 pancakes. Ingredients:
Combine all of the pancake ingredients in a bowl together and cook on the stove. Top with chocolate spread and any other toppings you want. ENJOY! Okay fam. Here's an AMAZING pasta recipe for you all. Definitely a new favorite of mine and tastes like it's something super delish from a restaurant, minus the guilt of course ;). You can easily sub out the shrimp for any protein you want, and add whatever, and as many veggies as you want.

Here's an easily modifiable vegan dish that is DELICIOUS! It's mostly veggies, with my favorite grain, cous cous and chickepeas with leftover tofu. You can really add whatever you want to it and customize it as you like! Oh and the best part? Done in

I've been seeing cauliflower crust pizza (and zucchini) all over the internet, so I couldn't help but try it out, and let me tell you: IT IS SO GOOD. Definitely going to be a regular meal for me. Better yet, it was surpisingly very filling. So I hope you all try and let me know what you think!!!

I LOVE shrimp. When I was a little kid, I would only eat at restaurants that served shrimp, and if they didn't I would throw a tantrum and refuse to eat. And today as an adult, it has turned into a staple in my freezer.
This week I decided to try something new. I'm committing myself to a pescetarian diet (vegetarian + seafood, but be careful because too much seafood is bad because of the mercury) for the remainder of January, and then beyond I hope. I've really come to dislike chicken especially, but I'm not a huge fan of red meat except of occasion. I get scoffed at for this, but to be honest, when you stop eating so much meat and learn that you can cook and be full without it, you stop missing it. Or at least, I don't. AND if you want to make drastic changes in your diet, I recommend doing it in steps. That way it becomes a lifestyle change instead of trying to give up something cold-turkey and ending up going back to the way you were eating before. Anyways, onto the recipe!!! Original Recipe: http://www.justataste.com/asian-zucchini-noodle-stirfry-shrimp-recipe/ ** Note on how I cook: I change things, and unless I'm baking, I don't measure. I get creative and find joy in cooking, and after cooking for myself for the past three years, I've learned to be good at winging things, but don't be afraid to follow recipes if you need to. I started there as well!! Ingredients:
